We have been providing custom laser cutting and engraving services since 2005.  In that time we have worked closely with our customers to constantly refine our processes to improve both customer experience and the overall quality of our service.

We work with a long list of materials, most of which we source and some of which is provided by customers with very specific needs.

How We Do What We Do

Consultation

We take the time to discuss the needs of your project right up front.  This is an opportunity for you to ask us questions and for us to understand the most important aspects of your laser cutting or engraving project. The consultation is free, and it all starts by you contacting us or submitting your files to us for review.

Quote

Based on the needs identified in your consultation, we generate a quote for your project and deliver it to you with any special notes clearly identified.

Create

We get to work sourcing materials, preparing artwork and CAD files, and then fabricating your project on our state-of-the-art laser cutting and engraving equipment.  Your order is then carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door.

Follow Up

What good would it do us to put so much work into understanding your needs, if we did not plan to earn your business for life?  We strongly believe that the key to success is a loyal customer base that is earned through nothing short of the best customer service in the industry.  With that in mind, we will follow up with you after you receive your order to make sure that what you received was exactly what you had expected, and you will hear from us from time-to-time after that to check in on your projects.  If we don't earn your business for life, we did not do our job right.
