Laser Edge provides 100% free no-obligation quotes to all of our customers.  This article describes what you can expect when you submit a request for a quote from Laser Edge.

  1. If you haven't already done so, please check out the setup section of our site that provides guidelines for how files should be setup, tips and tricks to improve the quality of the files, and other nuggets of information.
  2. Navigate to our quote form to upload your files.  If you have more than one file, please add all of your files to a .zip archive and load the .zip file.  Be sure to include any specific instructions that you would like for us to consider, such as quantities, special material requests, etc...  Include your contact information so that we can follow up with you.
  3. Once we receive your files we will review them to make sure that we fully understand what you are looking for.  This means that we may be in contact with you (generally by email) with clarifying questions.
  4. We will put together a quote that is specific to the files that you submitted, and we will send you a PDF copy by email.  The quote will contain pricing for time, materials, and shipping, any special notices, along with customized PayPal payment link that you may use to place your order.
  5. After you receive the quote, please take some time to review it and ask any questions that you may have.
  6. Once you are happy with the quote and you are ready to place your order, simply follow the customized PayPal link that we provide to place your order.
  7. We will process your order in accordance with the quote and package your order with care.
  8. Generally we ship by USPS Priority Mail, but some heavy orders may go out by UPS.  All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority International Mail (billed at actual cost).
  9. Once you receive your order, please inspect it and let us know if you have any concerns.  We pride ourselves on customer service and rely heavily on word-of-mouth for growth, so please let us know how we did and what we can do better.
